• Account Information: When you sign up using Google or Email, we collect your email address and basic profile information via Firebase Authentication.
• Financial Data: Transactions, budgets, and custom categories you create are synced to our secure servers to allow cross-device access and shared accounts.
• Device Information: We collect anonymous device models and OS versions for diagnostic and security purposes (e.g., to verify authorized devices for data syncing).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Finansly app.
• To sync your financial data across your authorized devices.
• To enable account sharing features (only when you explicitly generate an invite code).
• To process Premium subscriptions via Apple and Google (handled securely via RevenueCat).

4. Data Security & Sharing

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your financial data to third parties or advertisers. We use industry-standard cloud providers (Google Firebase, Hetzner) to securely host your data.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your data at any time. You can request complete account deletion directly within the Finansly app settings, which will permanently erase all your transactions and profile data from our servers.
