1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Finansly app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Finansly is a personal finance management tool that allows you to track expenses, manage budgets, and view financial insights. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

3. Pro Subscriptions

Finansly offers optional Premium subscriptions ("Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's account settings.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you choose to use the "Shared Accounts" feature, you are solely responsible for whom you share your invite codes with, and any modifications they make to your shared ledger.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Dmytro Andreichykov and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Finansly or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
